What takes priority?
I have an interesting little glitch whilst using a javascript dropdown menu and I was wondering what course of action you guys would take. The script currently works fine in all browsers - the only downside is that in some versions of IE, it complains that the 'page has loaded but with errors' (that little warning message you get on the bottom left of the IE window. This is IE misunderstanding a chunk of the code). This is caused by a fix for Opera, removing the code removes the error message, but screws the menu up for Opera users. So would you; a: Not use the menu system at all b: Leave the Opera code in, and stick with the error message in IE c: Remove the code, thus screwing over Opera users. I'm currently going for option b. |
