some mobile geek news

The W3C and OMA are joining forces which means we might get some standardisation in the specs for mobiles in the not too distant future.

http://www.w3.org/2004/07/OMA-pressrelease

Until now the w3c have run with XHTML Basic while the OMA prefer XHTML MP.

I must be drunk as I find this quite exciting.
