Weird Problem with links

Hello there,

I'm a fresh out of college designer and I have just taken over a website for a friend. He had problems with his hosting company so asked if I can provide updates etc for the site.

This is the site:

scanloncreekhockey.com

The problem I'm having is with some of the links on the site, whenever I mouse over the links on the Staff page and the Contact page, they jump to the right approx 100px, this happens while in Firefox. However if I use Safari to browse the website the links don't jump what so ever and work as intended.

Any ideas or help here? I didn't design the page, im just providing updates for him and would like this problem solved.

I'm not having trouble with the links at all, and I'm using Firefox.

If you're still having troubles, I would try a reset stylesheet (like this one here).

You may end up having to fine-tune some of your original styles, but it will help the website's cross-browser viewing.

holy crap, what a crap site. I was working on some low level audo stuff so had my amplifier turned up quite high, i nearly burst my ear drums and woke the neighbours up with that bloody flash animation and music, which came after waiting for a few mins for every to load

In mean time i looked at the HTML and its terrible, how many nested tables do you have there,
HTML Code:
/table></td> </tr> </table></td> </tr> </table></td> <td style="width:50%; background:#E8E7DF url(images/w3.jpg) top left repeat-x; height:100%;"><img alt="" src="images/spacer.gif" width="1" height="1" /></td> </tr> </table></td>

I suggest you design something good ,then find a developer who will code it for you. I do not think a reset sheet will be helping you in this case.
