Template Monster

This may be a stupid question, but...

At template monster, why is the HTML preview with no information on it?
And why is the photoshop preview full? Like it seems so opposite.
I'd think the HTML should be full with the words. Like why would you write up a website in photoshop? That's bad for SEO.

Website is designed in photoshop, then it goes into development done in HTML.
Template monster only shows a fraction of the full size website so that it doesn't get ripped off.
