legal resources for accessibility

we hear about the occasional lawsuit with regards to web accessibility so i'd like to know, where can i find out about my site (whatever) in my particular industry (whatever) being the target of a potential lawsuit for, lets say, forcing a user to download the latest flash player to see the site?

i don't want to get into a conversation about how i should design my sites to be accessible to anyone anywhere; we all know that's not the case all the time, but i'd like some real world legal reference material for real world accessibility issues so i can know that i can design or modify my site(s) and know for sure that legal action cannot be taken due to any accessibility issues i might have in place. thanks...
