Accessibilty and Usability Features
I have been asked to help on pitch for a UK University. Its been a while since I have looked at key features to build into a design. I mean stuff like skip to content / increase text sizes etc Can you guys add / think of features to include? Cheers Last edited by Mik : 10-02-2007 at 05:12. |

obvious ones that come straight to mind: search box, print stylesheet. here's one i did some work for that won an award here in oz (a proper award not one of them mickey mouse ones). maybe get some ideas off that. seeing as you're aiming at students another big bonus is a css colour scheme styleswitcher so that the students can tone down the colour palette when they have a hangover |

The universities I've worked with before have always had existing accessibility guidelines for you to work from. I maybe still have some somewhere...I'lltry dig some out later. That's fuckin' ingenious, if I understand it correctly. It's a Swiss fuckin' watch.
