HTML text editor

Does anyone know any good free HTML text editors? Notepad is too simplistic I find, but I dont want a WYSIWYG. Somewhere in the middle would be good. Like an HTML equivalent of Top Style? Any help appreciated.

TopStyle is an html editor.

HTMLKit was good when I used it - few years ago. Best of the freebies I think.

I only have Top Style Lite, which I swear you can only use for CSS. I guess that must mean on the Pro version you can use it for HTML?

The program looks just like what i was looking for. Thanks!
