Help Please (err.. If you can...)

I'm having problems with FrameJammer.....

I have to setup links in a web-based advertsing newletter, but I do not want the pages to open outside the parent frames...

And, due to my poor poor coding abilites, it's setup brutally... It's a frameset, in a frameset, in a frameset...

Recoding will be done in the future, it's just not an option right now.

So my question is, what is a decent, paperclip and chewing gum fix that I can use to link to these pages and have them open up as if the person had nagivated to them through the index...

Any help would be supoib...

P.
