how do i get rid of those grey preload boarders?????

ok guys, please can somebody help me by saying how i can get rid of the grey preload boarders to images which are loading on my site?

it doesnt make for pleasent viewing.

the link is www.beardswithbeef.co.uk/trial.html.

its very early doors to an revamp, but i dont want to go any further until ive amending this issue.

when its loaded, try refreshing it a fe wtimes... youll soon see what i mean (i hope)

Use CSS isntead of tables. Then you wont have to use ridiculous amounts of code to achieve a basic layout.
