BabaPapas, anyone? Anyone here actually find themselves becoming emersed in the space adventures of Bleep & Booster from mid-'70s' Blue Peter? [edit] Just found this. http://www.toonhound.com/bleepboost.htm Man, I could cry. [/edit] OK then, how about Q-Bikes from one of the Whizzer and Chips/Beano/ et al type comics? Back then I would have given anything to be a cool BMX kid with a crash helmet with a walkie-talkie inside it and a small radio aerial on the side. Cooooolll beyond words. Mary, Mungo and Midge? The Flumps? Chorlton & the Wheelies? ...or am I the only doddering, old git here? How about Aubrey then? --- Fwiw, Japanmik, given the whole Japan/Wales thing you've got going on, I somehow have this image of you in my mind, boy'o. ![]() |

Mr Benn The Flumps were the greatest things ever invented, I always remember the one where they found the moon in a bucket but couldn't get it out. They too were a little worrying though. Kick ass theme tune... bu dum. bu dum. bu dum, dum dummm |
