Has anyone read The CSS Anthology : 101 Essential Tips, Tricks and Hacks
by Rachel Andrew?

I want to know if it is worth buying.

Indeed. Definitely buy Web Standards Solutions by Dan Cederholm.

If you need a reference, buy CSS 2nd Edition from O'Reilly by Eric Meyer.

The CSS Zen garden book is a good read - nice commentary that details the different designs and how they were acheived.

Yeah, I really liked that one. Of course, it's less of a technical manual than a visual design process book. An excellent book, altogether.
