Computer Arts magazine

Bought it today and was quite impressed, had some good stuff in, related to web design such as balancing the creative and commercial sides of our business.
Also some decent photoshop, illustrator and painter tutorials. Seems since the closure of cre@te they have taken on more of the web design side of things.

Is it safe to assume that the last time you read it was before the demise of CreateOnline?

The ever-decreasing number of pages of actual content in CO now fit snuggly into CA without dramatically bloating the magazine.
It's an exercise by Future Publishing to keep the old CO readers/subscribers onboard and spending their money on FP titles.

Digital Creative Mag - Digital Creative Arts mag, l got the first issue, was looking at the new one 2day but went for computer arts instead. The dvd stuff is quite good and theres a lot of stuff about digital video , editing video, music creation etc but not enough on graphic design for me.

Yeah im going to have a bash at some dvd editing (home made porn? ) ; just got a writer in. This months dvd stuff was a bit shite - just shows you how to create an interface in photoshop; I wanna know the stuff about animating it etc.
