No, you have misunderstood my question. I just wonder how to write the description. It looks like a portfolio that we have to write before we decide to design a website. To describe what going on inside the website which we will make it. Of course the language must be English. |

Sounds like you need to write a project spec or creative brief. Content should include overiview of project/website, site goals, user profile, technology, sitemap etc. Don't get sand on your ice cream...
