No offence mate, but get your grammar sorted out first.

sp: "I have got AN assigNment"
sp: "but i don't know how to write A webdesign dEscription..."

etc etc.

Take a search on Google for it, you'll find out how. But if you're more precise on what you've actually got to do, then i'm sure you'll get more help

tell me though, what exactly do you have to do for this description? What do you have to describe? What's the purpose? etc etc.

so we've changed from description to full-blown website? Or are we still just describing it? What languages do you know? what software do you use? Are you describing the photography website, or making it?

No, you have misunderstood my question. I just wonder how to write the description. It looks like a portfolio that we have to write before we decide to design a website. To describe what going on inside the website which we will make it. Of course the language must be English.

Sounds like you need to write a project spec or creative brief.

Content should include overiview of project/website, site goals, user profile, technology, sitemap etc.
