How do I make my website not to be zoomed by the browsers?
Hi, everyone I need to make my website not to be zoomed by browsers; in other words, if I use ie7 (firefox, opera ...so on..), and I try to zoom my website to see bigger letters or graphics, on my website... is there a way to disable this via javascript? I do not want to disable this on the browsers themselves, but on my website instead. please help me on this thanks |

Why would you want to? You are basically telling your users that you don't care about them. You are also de-optimizing your site, which is really the opposite of what you *should* be doing. |

I think you should also disable right click. Because I just love websites that disable right-click. It makes me feel warm inside /sarcasm Quote:
Actually, I'm going to try and be useful - Question is, why do you want to disable zoom? It's there for a reason, mainly because some people need to zoom, like the sight impaired, and whatnot. Essentially what you're doing there is trying to make your website less user friendly. |

um...
you didn't say why you wanted to stop the zoom but I'm guessing it's because your page falls apart when it is zoomed. you may want to google this 'craig grannell scalable layouts', you want the netmag link (I can't post external links yet |
