I am the owner of a site (and it's domain) called TriPixels.com... well, it has recently come to my attention that there is also another web design company known as TriPixel.com (without the 's')... I don't know how good they are, and the last thing I want to do is lose business to them for my clients confusing our domains... what should I do?

Also... my site has been up for a while now, and I haven't received any form of contact from these guys, so I don't think that they know about me...

i think change of name but if you have alot of things attached to your name the best thing to do is add something at the end like
tripixelsstuidos.com
thats what a friend of mine did at www.whoswestudios.com
did when www.whoswe.com attracted too many visitors

You know a person that works at Who's We? Have any of you seen the site the made for Infinium Labs? http://www.infiniumlabs.com/ The broadband version is totally awesome.

its v good hes an amazing designer www.fluxen.com is his personal site and he is very passionate about design i never really met anyone who loves it as much as him!

http://www.whoswestudios.com/flashsite.html is one of the best flash designers on the internet! I wish I could find some of there old intro's they had that where so awesome/funny.
