These are decent examples:

http://www.happycog.com/
http://www.sitepoint.com/

but there aren't really any good commercial/big-business type examples, try looking through this:

just finished this...

quay cargo

its not the best design as they had budgeted two days to remake a flash site in html. so i used xhtml and css to make it. it fully validates (last time i checked) and is not approved to go live yet but its prolly is as much as could have been done on their budget and having to keep the look of the flash site (which was awful)

Have recently done these:

Proposal for subject based portal:
http://wip.blackwellpublishing.com/wwwsubjsitescorp
It's still in progress, but 100% xHTML/CSS

Recent launch:
http://www.blackwellpublishing.com/socialpolicy
Full xHTML/CSS but fails to validate on some pages due to being lazy with special chrachters!

Mines CSS/XHTML strict with a sprinkling of javascript.

Feel free to have a look. Dunno if you'd class it as decent though. Only the intro, portfolio and contact pages are working.
