I recently moved into a new position doing print, web, and video. I know enough about each to get by, but I really want to master them all. I want to start with the web though, since it is the hardest (IMO).

I want to redesign this site (it needs it badly). I would love to embed some sort of blog on the front page, so the person who posts the news has an easy way to do it. It needs a dropdown menu instead of the clunky menu it currently has.

Overall, I want a clean design that is very simple looking. There is a lot of information on the site, but I want it looking professional.

Can you please post some links to similar sites that you think look very well?
