Basically I'm designing a website for a friend but they are not very internet savvy.

The site is pretty much finished but they want a page which is essentially the 'latest stock list' so I need a system where they can login and change the content of a single page.

It doesn't have to be anything special since I'm just linking to this external webpage.

Can anyone recommend a free online system which does this?

joomla, drupal, wordpres.. there are many CMS available for that.. or you can search for CMS's created by developers available online in sites providing PHP stuff..
