In the last weeks i built up one of my first homepages in wordpress. now i finished my work and i would like to get any suggestions, meanings...

what is good, what is bad...

Its a homepage of a music festival and so i built it in a kind of grunge design. Whats your opinion...

Please help my to improve my style....

your design looks differnet .. but its not user friendly and it looks heavy as it takes time to load.. if you want to go for other designs you can choose from themes.wordpress.net/ and can edit them through code as your require.

The site is graphically heavy and intensive. I'm not too keen on the background and I think the "flashes" are too fast. The design may cater to your audience. It's hard for me to evaluate since I can't read... whatever the language is.

I like the design. Its busy, maybe a little hard to read, possibly seizure inducing, it seems to work great!

Ha, I love it, but I think you should get rid of the tiled background.

Not a bad design, but I think the flashing elements might just be distracting. It's usually a good idea to remember that anything that drives a users eye away from your text had better be important, or it will probably get annoying.

Also, isn't Wordpress great?

There's way too much going on, in my opinion. My first thought upon load was "MySpace." Drop the flashing stuff and tone down the graphics. Put more of an emphasis on the content.

I agree with the post above, too much going on. I think that if you make it more subtle you'll achieve more union. And furthermore the background looks very crowded.

You might use sIFR for the menu (maybe make it the same font as the lineup on the side?)
