I saw the title of this thread and had to have a look! I was trying to crack a problem of lists within lists just recently. I was trying to achieve a numbered list with the decimal style. My only problem was the document was a legal terms and conditions page.. so you had for example a number 2, followed by 2.1, 2.2 etc. Apparently this is possible with CSS2 and a 'counter' function... but it all got far too complex, so I ended giving up, and coding the whole thing manually with indented paragraphs. Maybe one day CSS2 will be standard for all browsers? and cars that run on water, etc, etc |
