I'm fairly new to web design and I've just finished my website (sarah-neuber.de)
Could you please have a look at it and let me know what you think?
Also if you can offer some practical advise for improving the things you don't like it will be greatly appreciated.

Try to use more vivid colors. I don't know what does top mean, you should change it. Your works are quite cool, portfolio should be better, i think.
