What is XMLNS ?
an someone please explain to me what XMLNS is? i have wiki'd it but need some clarification. If someone adds XMLNS in their <head> does that simply mean they are following XMLNS Standars. webdesigningcompany.net |

it is a namespace, to tell browsers where to find the document type definitions ( ~ xml schema) so it can render the page properly. yes its a standard set by the W3C for xHTML.
