Looks pretty good to me, visually. It scales nicely.

What language is that? I've recently become interested in researching the design implications of languages that aren't read from left-to-right.

you could change the font for the logo (i mean that serif type, looks like times new roman) and also you might want to blend the two visual parts (white and black) with a shadow effect or something...
You could also bring a color to the logo (like that red used in your menu lines)
