I highly doubt this is your first work...if it was then I would be hesitant if I were you to offer my services for so many specific doctypes and things.

Seems like a linkback attempt...like the same one I saw on another forum...

Way too many <div>s. You're not using them properly and you're using far too many. Might as well just use tables.

The fact he has web templates in his portfolio should have put paid to the idea it's his first work.
