Anyone know of a free gallery that will.

1. allow me and others to load pics to my website using a web browser.

2. not flickr or picasa becuz I don't want the pics in a highly public forum or have to have people log in to an account if they were private in order to see them.

Take a look at Gallery2 - it's what I use. (Assuming you have your own hosting with PHP & MySQL).
