I've played with it. Its definitely good for people who can't do it on their own, but I prefer to do it myself.

Hey you all.. thanks for checking out Sprout. We are about to release a bunch of new features on April 15th. This will be our V 1.5 product. Many new changes that I hope you find useful. We will also be at the HOW conference in May if anyone is planning to be there. Drop me an email if there is anything we can do to make the product more useful for you.

I'm not sure I understand the point of this.

So it lets you build flash movies by dragging and dropping movies, pics and so on onto a stage... as opposed to using Flash, which lets you build flash movies by dragging and dropping movies, pics and so on onto a stage?

Where's the advantage?

just a bit simpler and parred down - for fookwits like me.

i easily get lost in flash.

Ah, I see.

I guess anyone who finds it limiting could pretty quickly move on to Flash.
