Usability: Courseware Video Interface

Hello all,

As you can tell, I am a new user here. I am a student at the University of Toronto, and am currently working on a project for an Interface Design course. We are designing the interface for an educational/instructional video courseware site (our sample focus is on weightlifting exercises). I'd just like to ask you all some questions and gather some of your opinions.

Is there anything missing from YouTube that you can think of (in terms of the interface)? Anything that you would change if you could?

Can you think of any features that you would specifically like to see on an instructional video site? On a general video site?

Thank you all in advance,
Mario

Simple and usable. People go to Youtube to see videos, Not see DAH BEST GAFFICKS EVA!

Simple as possible and fast loading imo

Other than the loading speed, can you think of anything you would have liked to be able to do with the videos that you're watching that you currently cannot? Or was there anything that you found difficult while using YouTube for the first time?
