I have an awkward one! I am currently building my website for my signs & graphics company. I want to add a tool where each customer can design their own graphics or business cards etc. I have found a few companies that do this already

does anyone know if these interfaces are made up by the web designer or can you get flash templates for this kind of thing that you can edit? If so where

I believe, getting these kind of websites for download won't be easy and you would need to hire a talented designer for it.
