Seeking the web tools or components 'Flash Stars Rating System'

I want to add the Flash Stars Rating System in the website.
Is there anyone who can recommend one?
Our demands:
1. Easy to use
2. The price is reasonable(less than $30)
3. can add 10 stars at least
