I am in charge of designing a golf course web site for a city course in my hometown. I am having a hard time finding any well designed golf course designs to borrow inspiration from (from a colors and look and feel standpoint). I have scoured all of the CSS gallery sites to little or no avail.

Since it is a city course, the design is going to be more "fun," youth-oriented and family friendly than what you might consider a traditional golf course website (nothing too stuffy, formal or "members only").

Do any of you have any great golf course sites to direct me towards? City courses or otherwise? Any help is much appreciated!

If it's youth-oriented, try to work with bright, happy colors. That being said, keep it consistent. And make it very simple to navigate and get information from.

If possible, maybe get some good photographs of people having fun golfing at the place.

I think this is more for real estate web site but they have a section that highlights the golf courses they have. I like some of the interactive features of the site. Maybe it will help get some creative juices flowing.

I think any modern spin on your website would be appropriate... good clean lines. Nothing with old-style flourishes like a normal golf website. Good luck with the project!
