Mac ie (again)

It seems that it has problems with floats, do you know if absolute positioning is more reliable ?

Cheers,

Without knowing too much about your markup…

MSIE/Mac's float issues only raise their ugly heads under certain circumstances.
You can often work around them by a minor rethink of the markup which allows for more default (i.e. undeclared) widths to come into play.

Can't suggest anything less cryptic than that without seeing the markup.

http://demo.ima-group.co.uk/newima/ this one again, it seems the only browser it troubles is mac ie, it uses quite a lot of floats so im guessing thats the problem.

Try putting temporary bg colours and borders on divs to see what's going wrong.

Some bugs here - http://www.macedition.com/cb/ie5macbugs/ - but I'm sure I've found more.
