Photoshop
Hi. 2 questions:
This website template look nice and i see its made with photoshop but am wondering how as all i can do with photoshop is make still pictures??

so is this right that thet create a picture in photoshop. then use image ready to create the clickable links?

That's a Flash template you mad fool.

Create graphics in PS, then make them interactive with Flash or XHTML/CSS.

Nope. Flash IS the program. And its not easy to use - its a combination of design, animation, and programming.
