Anti-aliased text

Hi there,
I was just browing through GE's website and found a very cool text format. An example may be found at the 'Our Company' > 'Leadership' section (sorry, not allowed to post URLs yet). It's just below the title 'Leadership'. Does anyone have an idea of how to do this?
Thanks!

Found it

Ok, I got it. It's called sIFR, just Google for it.
It basically replaces the underlying text with a Flash movie, therefore rendering those elements as desired.

Greets.
