More shocking than 80% failing even the most basic level of accessibility - Priority One - is the state of some of those sites.

Someone needs to explain to them that accessible does not need to equal ugly.

Hmmm...

Not only do they look shit - the code's not great either. Missing doctypes, javascript, tables (complete with spacer gifs) etc etc
