Can somebody just clear something up for me... I'm trying to use indexhibit, I've downloaded it but am I wrong in thinking that you have to have your URL before you can design your site? I expected to download the software, have a play about and then when I'm happy upload it to my URL. Can anybody clarify for a total web novice?
