Visually its ok. The code isn't very good though - your doctype is xhtml strict, but you have 90 something errors. If you have that many errors, then you probably shouldn't be using a strict doctype. Try transitional, then fix up some of those errors.
I also wasn't sure why the top text was done as an image rather than text - search engines cant index the text in images, and if you put that in an <h1> tag, it will be good for your indexing.
