i use the one with the gratuitous span. because i found it was the only one that worked all round. i know the old woman is going to start bleating on about how you don't have to do it and that her method works better but i just couldn't get it to work across the board without the span.

This works in everything we've tested it in (mac + pc). Subsitute the values and away you go:

Never read up on FIR, FIL, LIR or whatever but this stems from all that (it's been edited over time) ...and milfing was born.
