Website Testing - NEED HELP
Hi i am having a go at designing my own website because i am training myself to become a web designer. The problem i am having is when you create your site and it is finished how do you test your website on different browsers and operating systems when you only have 1 machine? Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Another question i have is if you test your site in 1 browser and it does not work in another how do you solve this problem? I created my site to view in the latest version of firefox and tried viewing it in Internet Explorer 6. The problem that occured was that my site displayed fine in firefox and displayed differently in Internet Explorer 6. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I would really be greatful for any help. Rafeeq Ibrahim |

You can test your website in different browsers with this - it takes a good few hours sometimes. http://browsershots.org/ As to the IE6 problem, yeah, we know. My free fonts www.utfi.net

Whilst IE6 is the biggest pain in the arse ever its still used by the majority of people. The best thing to do is create a separate style sheet for IE and use Code:
Looks as if Firefox is catching up though |
