in france

I was thinking the other day, "whats the webdesign scene like in france?"

is it possible to make websites in france, without losing all your biz entirely?

Why?

Might be the next stop after Japan.

I worked for a French company who outsourced everything to Romania.
Most birefs we got were along these lines:

"Je veut kil face psst quant tu mets la sourire sur le lien et kil va voom dans le coin"

It took me half an hout to translate them to proper French then half an hour to translate them to Romanian.

The music is great. But culture wise, everybody and there dog is an 'ugly betty' look-alike. (fashion-wise that is)

To me with design Japan is more plush toy and France is more cut out paper.

Doncha love stereotyping?
Anyway, everyone knows Japan is skinny manga with enormous round blue eyes. And pixel graphics. Both went out of fashion in Scandinavia in about 1997.

I'm not stereotyping, (if that was aimed at me).

France is similiar to Japan in the sence of there both very cultural based, and they have a lot of things in common be that there outrageous fashions or the distinctive design.

That's a good point. Not sure how accurate it is in 2007 but it's certainly been a feature of both cultures for many yonks.
