It seems a bit rude asking a bunch of designers where you can buy templates but such is the way of the world.

Buying templates will probably give you more headaches than a headstart. You still have to rehack everything to fit your graphics, your menu system and your content. And because you haven't coded it yourself you will be dealing with someone elses markup/css which might confuse you more than aid you.

I apologize for my rudeness but someone told me that doing templates would be faster than learning code, I am still trying my best to learn CSS and HTML but thank you for the links
