Here's an idea. Why not post your website address for us all to see. If it's fantastically designed, with good layout, efficient navigation/loading, good structure, well written copy etc. we'll agree you're the clearly the best person for the job, and you should keep on doing what you're doing.

If it's not, maybe you should start talking to the art director/marketing guys a little more.
