regarding searching within a site.

I have developed a website for the Public Relations firm I work for which has a few Newsroom pages. Recently my boss requested that I add a search function on our Newsroom pages to help clients and media find stories that are relevant to them. I have no idea how this is accomplished.

Any advise or direction is appreciated.
