Hey, take a look at this advanced helpdesk system we have developed! Here's a link: 29fivedesigns.com/demo_helpdesk/index.php Here's a little bit on information about the system: A complete helpdesk system that allows you to track and maintain support tickets as well as maintain your clients and their contact information. Includes an administrative web interface and a client interface. Uses a web interface that runs on PHP and MySQL. The interface is designed using Adobe Flash for a quick, application like feel. Yeah, I guess we shouldn't have said Web 2.0, that seems to confuse people. It is acctually just the Flash file that runs the helpdesk that is considered 2.0. Our site is by no means close to 2.0. Sorry for the confustion. 29FIVE Designs 29fivedesigns.com |
