I'm a little confused and I need some clarification..

I'm working on a website and I decided to go with sIFR on the headers, however, there's a bunch of web 2.0-ish looking websites out there with anti-aliased body text..yet I've heard that sIFR is no good for that type of usage. Is there another method to anti-alias everything?

I need the text to still be selectable and linkable.
