I am looking for the best way to develop this. I'm sure there is a tutorial on it somewhere.

I want to get the code for developing a page where the center column hovers over the bkg. So the scroll bar would be far right.

Any input would be appreciated!!

so just like a fixed background?

in css, i believe the attribute is background-position:fixed;

If that is it. I just want to place a bkg image 20pxl wide by 1200pxl, and just have the center column move.
Would that be fixed? I'm going to read up on it tonight.
