css & links in tables
i'm getting a bit lost on one here. i've got links withing cells which have classes and the tables have id's and nothing seems to cascade the way i want it to. anyone got any tutes on controlling links within tables within tables in css. its giving me the proper arsehole at the moment and i could really do without having the arsehole on a wednesday afternoon. thanks. brn. |

As you're probably by now aware IDs outrank classes. What browser are you having problems with? Can you show us an online example of the problem page? Alt: To make sure your classified, nested links obey the right declaration, hook the id class selectors into the link declaration: Code:
That should make it clear to the browser by sidestepping inheritance. |
