Doesn't look very personal... looks more like a business to me.

I think it needs a bit more color and the logo could use some work.

Looks like a template - it doesn't stand out from things anyone can download from TemplateMonster.

Haha, those "samples" at PhotoSlack are awful.

Your little nav bar ( not exactly little, but hey ) just kind of seems to... float up there. Doesn't fit in with anything. Also, why are the buttons on the top not done in CSS? its like they are images or something. Theres no need to do those with images, so why?
