EZ question here

Im aware that im a newbie, but why do my tables have a little bit of border on them even when i specify border=0 this is so annyoning. they are standard view tables and im using dreamweaver MX

any help would be appreciated

A link to a view of the problem would help.

Are you setting cellpadding and cellspacing to 0 also?

Is the problem occuring if viewed with IE or FF?

There was no values entered for cell padding and cell spacing, i put them to 0 and the problem is solved, thank you so much for your help, you solved my problem!!

It should be more like a dotted border. If you are in Dreamweaver and you are in Preview/Design you will see a dotted border on all tables. If you view this file in a browser you should not see any borders.

This function of Dreamweaver is so you can see your table cells and tables.
