Fixed Font Size

Is it possible to set a font to a Fixed size across all browsers? If so, how do you do it?

I want to set the CSS to display the font at a set pixel height, which doesn't change if you ajust the 'Text Size' in your browser. Just adding the font-size: 11px;to the CSS works fine in IE6, but not in other browsers.

Can anyone help me with this?

think that it only works in IE6, pretty sure firefox and co can get round it. what are you trying to do with this text that it can't be re-sized?

Don't do it. let your users have access to the information.
Or screw them!. Try images as text and image replacement.

I don't think it can be done, and I agree with emil - font scaling is a good thing for accessibility, why stop users who can't read it clearly from making it bigger, its only going to annoy them.
